What is CSR?

Corporate Responsibility Meets Inclusive Skilling

CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) represents Career4U’s framework for partnering with corporations and government bodies to execute their CSR mandates in the skilling and education space.

Under India’s Companies Act 2013, corporations with net profit exceeding ₹5 Crore are mandated to spend 2% of their average net profit on CSR activities. Skilling and livelihood development are among the most impactful CSR activities.

CSJM University, Kanpur | July 2024 – February 2026

Career4U served as the implementation partner for the placement and skilling initiative under Cloud Learning Education’s CSR program at Chhatrapati Shahu Ji Maharaj University (CSJM), Kanpur. The initiative provided cloud computing, digital skills, and placement training to undergraduate students.
